Thinking, feeling, and breathing are intricately connected.  What we think and feel affects our breath and the depth and fullness of our breath affect how we think and what we feel emotionally. This affects our overall health and wellbeing. 

Most people don’t pay very much attention to their breathing unless there is some reason like shortness of breath, illness, or a panic attack.  But our breath is a powerful tool not only for our physical health, but also for our mental and emotional health.  This in turn directly affects the quality of our relationships and our financial serenity and wellbeing.

In this workshop (playshop really) you will learn enjoyable breathing practices that support positive thought patterns and boost emotional well-being. You will also learn how to use affirmations (intentional thoughts) with breathing practice to advance your intentions and improve the effectiveness of your actions.


Learning and doing these practices will bring you greater satisfaction and a sense of personal power right now in your life.
